The project was to close in our Son's room. The scope of the project was considerably complicated and Julian undertook the job with a high level of professionalism without imposing too much inconvenience on my family's daily life.

In March of 2008, I contacted MHI Renovation Services and asked Julian to come by and give me an estimate.  Within a matter of days after acquiring the necessary city hall permits and Co-op board approval he began the work which entailed demolishing the bathroom and kitchen, rebuilding the walls, and then installing new kitchen cabinets, ceramic floors, marble tiles in the bathroom along with a new toilet and sink.  As you can imagine, it was a tremendous amount of work but I can truly say that Julian and his team did an excellent job.  Not only can I now enjoy my new bathroom and kitchen, but the value of my Co-op apartment has gone up tremendously.

MHI Renovation Services proved to be honest, reasonable and extremely skilled in their trade as a Licensed Contractor.  I have since referred MHI to a few of my co-workers and family members and have never gotten a bad report.  I will without a doubt recommend MHI to anyone in need of a fully Licensed and insured contractor to renovate their home or business.  I should also note that I have also used MHI to do work on a rental property I have and will continue to use them for their excellent service and skilled work.
